Two-Ingredient White Chocolate Almond Bark

This 2-ingredient white chocolate almond bark is a simple and delicious recipe. Bring this to your next holiday party to impress your guests with a great sweet and salty treat.





Ingredients

  • 1 cup almonds, whole, blanched

  • 16 ounces white chocolate, cut into small, even pieces if whole




Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Spread the almonds in a single layer on a cookie sheet.

  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes until browned.

  5. Remove almonds from oven and set aside to cool.

  6. Melt the white chocolate over low heat in a double broiler or in the microwave. Make sure to not overheat.

  7. Stir in the toasted almonds into the chocolate.

  8. Spread the mixture onto the lined baking sheet.

  9. Refrigerate until firm.

  10. Break into similar-sized pieces.

  11. Store in a cool, dry place.

  12. Enjoy!
