Join Me In February’s Spread Love Challenge!


With the success of January’s wellness challenge, I thought it would be fun to implement a different challenge every month.


Since February is the month of love, this challenge is focused on spreading love whether it be loving others or self-love. Sometimes we need to be reminded of how important it is to appreciate others and ourselves. Take this challenge to do this in simple ways throughout every day of the month.

Day 1:

Write down 5 things you love about yourself.


Day 2:

Write a thank you note to someone.

Day 3:

Take a minimum of 30 minutes and do something that makes you happy.


Day 4:

Make a positive comment on social media.


Day 5:

Take a deep breath once every hour of the day.


Day 6:

Write a nice/encouraging message on a sticky note and stick it somewhere for someone to find.


Day 7:

Buy yourself some flowers.


Day 8:

Be courteous to others (opening doors, thanking people, smile at others)


Day 9:

Write down 5 things you are grateful for.

Day 10:

Bake a sweet treat for someone.


Day 11:

Create a music playlist that makes you happy.


Day 12:

Tell 3 friends what you love about them.


Day 13:

List your accomplishments of the day.


Day 14:

Buy yourself or someone chocolate.


Day 15:

Set a boundary whether it be with yourself, something or someone.

Day 16:

Donate an item to someone in need.


Day 17:

Go phone-less while eating meals.


Day 18:

Offer to help a friend.


Day 19:

Look in the mirror and name 3 things you love about yourself.

Day 20:

Appologize to someone or forgive yourself.

Day 21:

Whenever you have the urge to insult yourself, take a breath and compliment yourself.

Day 22:

Compliment a coworker.

Day 23:

Jot down one personality trait that you love about yourself, one physical trait that you love about yourself and one thing you’re good at.


Day 24:

Let someone go ahead of you in line.

Day 25:

Write a letter to your future or past self.


Day 26:

Tell your children, spouse, friend or family member a reason why you are proud of them.

Day 27:

Tell someone they are doing a great job (person you know or stranger)

Day 28:

Reflect on the last month and reward yourself for accomplishing this challenge!
