Champagne Float

Why have a regular ice cream float when you can have a Champagne float?! This recipe is a great way to celebrate any occasion that you will be cheering to.



Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of any sorbet flavour (raspberry, strawberry, lemon, peach)

  • 5 ounces of chilled Champagne or Prosecco.


Instructions

  1. Place sorbet in champagne flute.

  2. Top with Champagne or Prosecco.

  3. Enjoy!
