5 Ways To Keep Your Skin Hydrated Throughout The Winter

The winter months can be tough on our skin. The cold air can really dry out our skin. I know when winter comes around, I can instantly feel a shift in my skin. The dryness, itchiness and redness comes into full effect and it drives me nuts. I know it's not just me because everyone I talk to about it has the same issue as soon as the weather becomes cooler.

To avoid this dryness, it’s imperative to keep our skin hydrated in as many ways as possible.

Here are five ways to keep your skin hydrated.

Use a humidifier.

Having a humidifier on throughout the house can add moisture to the air to help hydrate skin. A great way to use a humidifier is to have it in the bedroom to use overnight while you sleep. Add essential oils to the humidifier to create aromas throughout the room for a relaxing feel.
